I believe it's safe to say that Nigerian musicians are not the best when it comes to free styling, and I'm talking about our rappers right now. So, I thought it was interesting that Davido, who is not a rapper, decided to have a freestyle session with Tim Westwood. This session was actually recorded over a year ago, but it somehow became the trending topic this week. After watching and laughing a lot, I definitely would give him an A for the effort, and also because I found the video very entertaining. What I thought was amusing was the amount of criticisms and hate comments towards Davido. I didn't expect much because he is not a rapper.

DAREY’s “ASIKO” GETS TOP SLOT ON THIS WEEK’S MTV BASE OFFICIAL NAIJA TOP 10

 Davido (@iam_Davido) joins Ehis (@SpecialSlim) in the studio for this week’s Official Naija Top 10 discussing the music videos and tracks making it big on this week’s Nigerian music scene.

Weighing in first place this week is “Asiko” by Darey featuring Ice Prince and Jozi.  Davido’s “Gobe” climbs into the number 3 slot while former number one “Ezioku” by Lynxx slips to number 2.  Multi-award winning comedian, TV host and entrepreneur Tee A is taking a dazzling team of super star singers and performers along with him, for the umpteenth edition of his concert series Tymeout With Tee A in the federal capital territory, Abuja.

for Nigeria, and 1523 (Expresso & MTN), 1910 (Airtel) for Ghana. You can
