It is just about 62 Days to the first ever Nigeria Food Industry Awards that will be taking place at the prestigious Golden Tulip, Hotel in Festac Town on Monday, 28th May, 2012, and you can still vote your favourite food brands, companies, outlets and so on on the official website (www.nfiawards.com) or on facebook at (www.facebook.com/nfiawards)

So lets quickly review one of our very refreshing, energizing and vital categories as we countdown to the D-day.

The Best Beverage Drink of the Year!!!

In this category, there are seven great and interesting brands, and they are:

1) Milo

2) Bournvita

3) Ovaltine

4) Horlicks

5) Peak Choko

6) Suco

7) Nescafe

However, as at 21:11pm on Wednesday (28th March), Milo with a vote percentage of 53.78% votes was clearly leading and only distantly followed by Bournvita and Ovaltine with vote percentages of 19.95% and 8.75% respectively.

The consumers are already making their decisions known through their votes and surely by 28th of May, an aggregation of the final votes of the consumers and the distinguished panel of Judges (which includes some big names we will be letting you know soon) will be collated for Nigerians to know the eventual champions in the Food industry.
