Nigerian gospel sensation Toyin Adebola releases another riveting video to one of the singles on

his latest album. Toyin crys out for change in this video and tags along ace director Niyi Akinmolayan who used animation techniques to highlight social and economic issues around the globe.
change your attitude." We're all aware of the ongoing fuel subsidy removal saga in Nigeria. Although we have a government sold to corruption and injustice, we as individuals must stand up for change. We must stand up to put an end to what we do not want in our society. What better time to release a "change making" song than now?
Produced and directed by Niyi Akinmolayan, this is "Make the Change" by Toyin Adebola.
Verse 1
Look around the place and open your heart
You will see the cries and feel the pain
The Silence all around, is filled with fear
Brothers feeling low cause things don't look so bright
Hope tomorrow's better
Chorus
Lord I wanna be the one to make the change
I wanna go the place nobody wanna go
Could this be a higher calling?
Black is black and white is white
How do you see?
If you say yes! Then I say yes
If you say jump, I wanna know how high
If you say run, I wanna know how far
Just leap and I will follow
Verse 2
The baby mama, don't know how to raise her child
The baby daddy's struggling to bring the money home
Nobody really knows tomorrow agenda
Confusion everywhere, cause things don't look so bright
Pray tomorrow's better
Chorus

Toyin Adebola - Never Alone Again

Speaking on the concept of the video, Toyin Adebola said "we just wanted to depict the power side of God that works on behalf of his people."
Never Alone Again is the second video from this gospel sensation; it features Rico Slim and a couple of hard rockers for Christ. The video was directed by Niyi Akinmolayan for Anthill Multimedia.

Sunday Inspiration's back!
Where we belong

Today, we're featuring one of our favorite gospel acts - Toyin Adebola. Many are called, but few are chosen. He is one of the few that's been chosen to inspire and win souls for Christ through his music. "Welcome to Zion" is a track off of his last album and it talks about our eternal home
(where we belong), which is heaven. He tags along the inimitable gospel rock sensation - Frank Edwards.
A little birdie told us that Toyin Adebola is currently working on an album titled "Feels like heaven;" a video for one of the new tracks (never alone again) is in works and it is being directed by Niyi Akinmolayan (creative director of Sci-fi film, kajola).
Check out the lyrics to welcome to zion. Listen, sing along, be blessed as you hit the share b

Welcome to Zion - Toyin Adebola
Welcome to Zion - Toyin Adebola
Where we belong
There's no sorrow
There's no weeping anymore.
Where we belong
No more earthquakes
No more crying of a child
Where we belong
No more dying there
Where we belong
No more weeping there
Where we belong
Welcome to Zion
City of the superman
Welcome to Zion
City of the superman
Oh...
Dry your tears
Cry no more
My brother
For this king is so merciful
He knows your pain
He's with you all the way
He feels your fears
Oh...
Welcome to Zion
City of the superman
Welcome to Zion
City of the superman
Oh oh oh...
Eh....
Oh...
Where we belong >4x
is our father's house.
This is Zion >4x
When you dwell in the shelter of the most high God
You shall abide...
You shall fear no evil
You shall see no evil
You shall hear no evil
... the most high.
You shall fear no evil
You shall see no evil
There's no dying there
There's no crying there
My brother rejoice
My sister rejoice
Can you wave your hands?
Wave your hands >2x
Do a dance
Why?
Cos this is where you belong
In your father's house
10,000 Dreams - Toyin Adebola
Get ready for Worship Unscripted 5. Healing In The Wind. July 31st, 2011. At the Balmoral (Nigeria). This time last week, I came across Toyin Adebola's music-it was like panadol (xtra) for my long felt headache. Something about the intro of this track took me to another realm--audio ecstasy was what was felt as the lyrics sank into my memory.
10,000 Dreams (which happens to be the album title) is my favourite track off of the artist's album. Everything (including the vocal) about this track is heavenly. Toyin Adebola' album consists of 15 inspirational tracks, and features the likes of Frank Edwards, Rico Slim, and more. The album is downloadable (here)--by all means, sing along. See www.toyinadebola.com for more info.

When I close my eyes
In the dead of night,
I can see your face, and I can feel your breadth
Every fear melts away and every doubt fades away.
Chorus
Oba awon Oba, Iwo l'Oluwa mi
Father and Friend, you're my Shield and Guide
From every side I am safe in Your presence
So close to me, even from 10,000 dreams away.
When I'm all alone, I can hear your voice
And You say to me
I'm always with you
You're so precious to me, and I love you so
Chorus:
Oba awon Oba, Iwo l'Oluwa mi
Father and Friend, you're my Shield and Guide
From every side I am safe in Your presence
So close to me, even from 10,000 dreams away.
Bridge:
When I call You, You're always there
When I reach out, You hold my hand
Never afraid, cos You're always with me
Holding me close through the night
Chorus:
Oba awon Oba, Iwo l'Oluwa mi
Father and Friend, you're my Shield and Guide
From every side I am safe in Your presence
So close to me, even from 10,000 dreams away.
