In 3 years, I have been to this restaurant
about 4 times and it has always been up to standards.
About 2 weeks ago, I stopped by with two friends
one had amala with efo elegusi.
One had amala with efo riro
I had jollof rice with dodo and fish.
But of course I took pictures of everyone's dish
and the efo with egusi brought back memories.
After talking to my peeps,
mom was able to get egusi live from 9ja (days ago).
I decided to make my own and voila!

If you are ever in the Michigan (detroit) area, make sure you stop by SQUINDLES AFRICAN RESTAURANT.
They've got it all! food tastes so good, you'll almost eat your fingers. They have meat pies, suya, okra, beans, yam and so on.
