This awareness seminar is targeted at women of all ages and walks of life. It is envisaged that this will be an avenue to reach out to our sisters and make them aware of the menace of Cervical and Breast Cancers and the ways to self test and/or detect them early instead of living in fear and denial.
A United Kingdom trained Gynecologist, Dr. JUWON ALABI, who will take the talk on cervical cancer: the symptoms, prevention, and the various forms of screenings available. Also Dr O. HAMIDU the Head of Department Radiology from the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, who will be talking on breast cancer, the symptoms, and the various forms of screening. They shall be the Facilitators of this great event.
THIS IS A FREE SEMINAR and there will be free
CLINICAL BREAST EXAMINATION(CBE) for the first 1,000 women.
