December 12, 2009 was a remarkable day in the beloved city of Lagos as tons of people (both young & old) gathered to make history by painting the streets of Mushin.
The driving objective of this project was to get people to believe that they can make a positive change to their environment, particularly in M.U.S.H.I.N, which, is the place for “Making Unique Stars and Heroes In Nigeria” (MUSHIN) and ultimately raising a Generation that is Empowered, Motivated and Stirred To Operate with Natural Excellence.
History was made and the aim was achieved as people came out to support despite the rain. Supporters included the RnB sensation Banky W, Segun Arinze, Ty Bello, Foluke Daramola, Denrele Edun and several other good hearted youths.
FELA DUROTOYE - "I've heard that i'm a compelling speaker, but today, words fail me to tell you how much I feel about you. If you could click on this link, I'd like to express my profound gratitude to you for making HISTORY at the Mushin MakeOver."

With that said, we use this medium to thank Mr. Fela Durotoye for the vision; thank you for believing in a better Nigeria. Thank you for encouraging the youths to be the change that they want to see in their community. We hope to see events of this nature in the future.

this is quite impressive.
The Question is ...can it be maintained??? That's a big problem facing our country.
Yes it can. We never saw the makeover coming and it happened. Maintenance can happen too, we just have to start being positive about our nation and ourselves s individuals.
