Author, Vocalist and Songwriter Alaché exemplifies the very best of today's visionary woman of empowerment and talent. Born in Kano, Nigeria where she was given the name Alache, a Nigerian name for watch lady and caregiver. She comes from a close family of 3 brothers and 1 sister. As a young girl, Alache attended boarding school in Jos, Nigeria before having to move due to her father's promotion in the Nigerian military. At which point in time, the family moved around from Nigeria to France and several states within the United States.
During her early teens while singing in church choirs, Alache recognized her love for singing. With the encouragement of her family, her first album debuted on the 15th of September, 2009.
