OE: You've shared two tracks from an upcoming album. What can you say about that album?
Motara: Well, I'd say the album is a must have for every
believer. The album is soul-lifting. It's inspirational. It's an ideal compilation of praise songs with tracks like Rara, Iba, God E no dey sleep, Holy,You all the way. It's a blend of the contemporary and traditional.
OE: what's the title?
Motara: The album title is yet to be decided for now but we'd have a title soon.
OE: How many songs will be on this album?
Motara: It's going to be a 10-track album with 2 collaborations with Mike Abdul of Midnight crew and Mike Aremu with a jazz version of one of the tracks.
OE: What do you hope to achieve with your music?
Motara: With my music, I intend to encourage, inspire and touch lives positively. We live in a world where depression, failures, hazards and aggressions thrives every second. I want my music to be a symbol of hope in God and His abilities. The hopeless should pick up that album and find hope again. The unhappy should listen to that album and be happy again likewise those who have failed over and over again should find a reason to try again after listening to the album.
