Paul Play makes a comeback with the album - 'Hero'

Tagged 'the most creative musician in recent times,' Paul Play is undoubtedly one of the best artists to come out of Nigeria. His drive for music and creativity can only lead him to greater and better things.

He epitomizes freedom of expression using mainstream music as a platform to exhibit the development of mainstream music in Nigeria, and Africa in general which should be embraced by the global music industry. Genuinely, he is the first Nigerian artiste to confidently come up with a mainstream album meant to break the language barrier, while creatively establishing the universality of music. In 2006, he released hitsville - an album that boasted of 9 fabulous tracks including forever, angel of my life & you me (your favorites). Late 2009, he released a single titled Delicious. The single was well received and the video had a fab touch to it.

As of today, Paul Play has a new album in stores. It was reportedly released on the 8th of March even though Paul Play confirmed the release on the 12th. The album is a 13th tracker and is a cocktail of different genres.
