Although born in Luanda (Angola) on the 1st of December 1979, Elizio resides in the city of Paris.
He was a former hip hop dancer and was raised on the compilation "Cabosquad" - one of ragga hip hop scenes in Paris and the provinces until he met the owner of Sushiraw Record label (Kaysha) in July 2002.
Their meeting resulted in him been a part of the sushiraw team. He described his meeting with Kaysha as "twins spiritually predestined to meet."
