Nigerian singer, ADOL is starting the year on a positive note as he signs a new management/partnership deal with a Lagos-based Entertainment company, DeXploit Entertainment.

Headed by Mr. Boluwaji Bamidele Tewobola, DeXploit Entertainment is a budding Entertainment outfit born out of necessity to add value to the Nigerian music industry and take it to the zenith.

“ADOL is a brilliantly talented artiste. I’ve had personal and working relationship with him and liked what he’s got...” started Mr. Boluwaji. “We at DeXploit Entertainment have no doubt in his talent. Soulful Singer "Adol" drops album March 14th

It is no longer news that Soulful singer Adol has one of the most unique and sought after voices in the Nigerian music industry. Adol whose hit single Orin has garnered him much respect as well as a huge fan base will be releasing his much anticipated first album titled ORIN on March 14 2011.

The 13 tracker album "Orin" covers many topics like destiny, celebration love, hardship, and having fun; all delivered with the exceptional vocals Adol is known for. Adol ft. M.I - Ghetto Life

Solomon Adewole (Adol), Also known as Ajikoigbaorin literally meaning“ One who wakes and writes 200 songs” was born on May 19, 1984 in Lagos, Nigeria. But his parents on the other hand hail from Ilorin, Kwara State. Adol is a singer, songwriter that began singing as early as his years in primary school. After being convinced by many that he
indeed has an angelic voice, Adol decided that singing might in fact be his true calling. In 2000, Adol became a part of a group called “Three Souls” and released a single with them called “Awa ara wa”, the video was directed by Baba D.

In 2006, Adol released his first single called “Lonely.” Since then, he has released four other singles including his hit single “Orin” and his monster hit "Ghetto Life" which features M.I (aka Mr Incredible). He has also made himself notable for songs like “Kilo wa se ni party” and “Ife-re” a collaboration with a fellow upcoming Nigerian artist (Fragrance).

He has also featured in some other songs and he’s currently working on his first album. Adol is a promising artist with many more songs in store for his fans. With a fan base here at home and abroad, Adol is
definitely an artist to watch out for.

Toni Payne takes on talented soulful singer ADOL

The latest addition to the Toni Payne Concept Management is non other than soulful songbird ADOL. Adol, who is known to have one of the richest voices in the Nigerian Music Industry shot to the limelight with his song titled ORIN.

Born Solomon Adewole on May 19 in Lagos, Nigeria, Adol’s undeniable talent earned him the nickname “Ajikoigbaorin”, which literally means “One who wakes and writes 200 songs”. He started singing early in life and people’s reaction to his voice left with him without a doubt that music was his true calling. In the year 2000, Adol joined a group called “Three Souls” where they released a single called “Awa Ara Wa” with a video that was directed by BabaD. In 2006, Adol started his solo career with his first single titled “Lonely”.

Since releasing Lonely, he has worked very hard to take his music to another level with songs like “Orin”, Kilo wa se ni party” and “Ife-Re” (in which he collaborated with fellow artist Fragrance). Adol has featured on other songs and is currently working on his debut album. Sometimes last week, my sister told me to check out a link she posted on my facebook page.
I felt reluctant at first but checked it anyway. The title of the link was (adol- orin).
I clicked play and listened for literally 15 seconds. I closed the page and immediately
updated this website with the song. Never in my life have I been blown away with the very beginning of a song. Anyway, I found some time to listen to the entire song and concluded that we must get a word or two from you. So adol, tell us about yourself

My name is Solomon Oluwatoyin Adewole. I was born & breed in Lagos, my parents are from Kwara state. I attended my primary school & secondary school in Lagos Nigeria. I am a christian, my favorite colour is leaf green and my favorite food is Pounded Yam and Egusi with Chicken.

I've been singing since I was a kid.

You are so talented and you have one of the sweetest voice i have ever heard;

Ajikoigbaorin! how did that come about?

Ajikoigbaorin came to me when i discovered how inspirational i was when it comes to
writing songs,i find it easy to write songs more than any could ever imagine. That's what
brought out ajikoigbaorin

Interesting! I'll have you know that I looked up your myspace page and listened to some other
songs. I enjoyed all the tracks ("kilowase ni party", "lonely" and "jingle"); ORIN is still my
favorite, I find it interesting that the title of the song is SONG (ORIN) and I must ask, what inspired you to write "ORIN"?

God is behind all my writeup, he inspired me to write ORIN and I'm glad i yield back wonderfully.

You certainly yielded wonderfully. Besides God who is your ultimate inspiration; are there any musicians that inspires you?

As a young, up and coming musician, what are the challenges you have faced and how how did you overcome them?

I'd say money challenges. With God all things are possible..he has made me an over comer of them all

I can see myself as a faster achiever in music also an Icon that the world has never seen in music.

Are you currently working on an album?

Yes I am but i have been busy with the video shoot and shows.

Let me introduce you to ADOL;

a young, vibrant, and talented Nigerian artist. I am not sure he's new to the music industry but I am sure we will see a lot of him.
